The NBJ's 2024 class of 40 Under 40 winners program recognizes young professionals who are shaping the future of Nashville business.

Kerri Davis founded Fortress PropTech in 2018. She wanted to bring a game-changing core property management operations software to revolutionize the industry after a decade of experience in multifamily property management.

All 40 winners will be honored at a celebration on March 7th at the Westin in Nashville.
