The NBJ's 2024 class of 40 Under 40 winners program recognizes young professionals who are shaping the future of Nashville business.

Kerri Davis founded Fortress PropTech in 2018. She wanted to bring a game-changing core property management operations software to revolutionize the industry after a decade of experience in multifamily property management.
“To receive the honor of NBJ's 40 Under 40, to be chosen as a professional shaping the future of business here in Nashville and beyond, it is humbling and surreal. All 40 winners will be honored at a celebration on March 7th at the Westin in Nashville.
