Is Fortress only for affordable housing?
No. Fortress runs market-rate multifamily, plus office, retail, industrial, self storage, build-to-rent, and mixed use. Affordable is where we started. Conventional runs on the same platform.
Do I still need five separate tools to run a property?
No. Leasing, resident texting, work orders, documents, and reporting are all built in. One dashboard for the whole team.
How does Fortress handle payments and accounting?
