What is Conversations in Fortress OS?
Conversations is a shared inbox for every text your team sends and receives. It pulls prospect, applicant, resident, and prior-resident messages into one place, threaded to the right person, so your team isn't hunting across phones and separate profiles.
Does Conversations support email too?
Not yet. Conversations is SMS and MMS today, both ways. If your team needs a shared email inbox as well, that's not part of the feature right now.
How does Conversations know which resident a text belongs to?
Every message syncs in real time to the right household profile. When a resident texts in, your team sees their full thread and their record together, not a phone number with no history attached.
Can I manage messages across more than one property?
Yes. If you're assigned to multiple properties, Conversations gives you one hub for all of them, so you're not logging into separate systems or swapping numbers to check each site.
What's the difference between Conversations and Broadcasts?
