Move-in and initial application reviews are completed within 48 hours of submission. Final signed packets and other certifications, including recertifications, interims, move-outs, gross rent, and vacates, are reviewed within 5 business days. Special cases, such as late certifications or backlog projects, may require prioritization and should be flagged accordingly.
Do I submit packets into an external system?
No. Packets upload directly into Fortress OS, so your team never logs into a second portal to hand off a file. It stays in the same system where the rest of the household record already lives.
Can Fortress handle nuanced workflows?
Yes. During onboarding, you share the rules that make your portfolio different, like layered funding restrictions, student rules, or local agency guidelines. Those get documented and built into the review process, so the team reviews to your rules, not a generic checklist.
Will I have a dedicated compliance representative?
