Fortress OS is the only property management platform purpose-built for affordable housing. It simplifies compliance, leasing, maintenance, and reporting in one intuitive, powerful system — built by operators who actually run affordable portfolios.
How long does implementation take?
About 11 weeks, on a set schedule you can see from day one. It runs kickoff, a walkthrough of how your team works today, setup and integrations, custom documents and property sites, then training and testing before go-live. The cutover itself is fast, and a dedicated success rep owns the plan the whole way, so your team knows what is due each week.
Does Fortress OS integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. Fortress is intentionally not an all-in-one, so it works alongside the accounting, screening, utility billing, payments, and marketing tools your team already runs. See the full partner list on our integrations page. We add new partners regularly.
Is Fortress OS compliant with HUD and LIHTC requirements?
Yes. Compliance runs through the core of the platform. Fortress supports HUD, Public Housing, Rural Development, HOME, LIHTC, HOTMA, and state and local program requirements, and our Compliance Services team keeps your files audit-ready as the rules change.
