One recurring theme in most of our conversations with attendees was the common challenge faced by property management companies: the desire to centralize operations while still relying on 2-3 legacy software systems across multi-thousand unit portfolios. Understanding these challenges, we showed how Fortress continues to be the solution that provides a genuine core operating platform, a foundation from which you can consolidate tech stacks and implement best-in-class solutions.

We also had the privilege of meeting with current Fortress partners and investor, Willy Walker of Walker and Dunlop, to strategize on future initiatives and product enhancements for the success of our customers.

In addition, we attended a phenomenal women’s session and engaged with incredible women in leadership in the CRE space. It was a delightful surprise to see one customer even show up in their Fortress socks!
