Paid earns its cost when you need assignment rules across properties, vendor coordination with documentation, preventive scheduling, unit-level history for capital planning, or reporting a regional manager can act on. The cost of missed and duplicated work usually passes the subscription well before people expect it.

When do you not need to change systems?

If work orders close on time, techs update them without being chased, and you can answer what a unit has cost you over three years, your system is working. The tools are not the problem worth solving this quarter.

Judge it from the field, not the demo
