I love real estate and technology! I find using technology on REAL problems and REAL people meaningful - the value that we provide has a direct driver. I’m someone who is hands-on with engineering startups, and Fortress was a perfect marriage of problem, space, and solution for me.
How has your experience with Fortress been thus far?
The trust and responsibilities placed on me and Fortress’s cultural values have definitely been the highlight of my experience thus far. Being able to leverage my prior experience in PropTech and technology stack has been a liberating experience for me to go full speed on getting things done.
What about the company do you value most?
The team dynamic and how we uphold Fortress’s mission together. It’s important for me to make the work environment fast-paced, fun, and accomplished at the same time.
How does your role allow you to contribute to the growth and vision of the company?
I’m responsible for the execution of our roadmap and the growth of the engineering team. Communication and transparency make our engineering team truly feel the why in what we do as I nurture each engineer’s career growth in alignment with the company’s. It’s important to everyone at Fortress to stay committed and connected while working on cool technologies!
